Our investment philosophy targets strong cash flow generating businesses in fragmented industries that are scalable with access to additional capital or through roll-up acquisitions. We create an entrepreneurial partnership with experienced management teams to create value for them and shareholders through growth and diversification of their already successful business models. We provide a supportive, hands-on approach to assisting management teams with making capital structure decisions, securing debt and equity capital, structuring and negotiating acquisitions and executing operational improvements and other strategic initiatives.

Most small businesses generating less than $10 million in annual revenue are undeserved or simply ignored by U.S. financial institutions and capital markets.
